M3 Process

M3 confirms PTO, meter/interconnection evidence, and production evidence before final milestone payment.

Milestone Timing

Field Detail
Begins When Utility PTO is available or the project is operating under MAC's no-PTO timing rule.
Ends When MAC approves PTO/interconnection evidence and production evidence.
Common Delay PTO is interim, the monitoring portal is not showing production, or the production window resets after corrections.

Sequence of Events

  1. PTO evidence received
    Partner uploads approved PTO or follows the no-PTO evidence path when applicable.

  2. Meter evidence submitted
    Partner provides meter or interconnection photo evidence.

  3. Production verified
    Partner submits monitoring proof showing the system is turned on and producing.

  4. M3 package approved
    MAC approves the final milestone package after required production evidence is satisfied.
