Partner Documents

Partner Documents collects the agreement package and onboarding document references partners need before actively submitting projects. This page is separate from project-level requirements such as proposals, utility bills, milestone photos, and PTO support documents.

EPC Agreement (ECPA)

Partner-facing EPC agreement reference. This section will explain when the ECPA is required, who signs it, and how executed copies are stored.

EPC Project Agreement (ECPPA)

Project-specific EPC agreement reference. This section will explain when project-level execution is required and how it relates to the broader ECPA.

Master Sales Agreement (MSA)

Master partner sales agreement reference. This section will explain commercial terms, partner obligations, and update flow.

Sales Commission Authorization (SCA)

Commission authorization reference. This section will explain payment authorization, commission tracking, and required execution.

EPC Agreement (ECPA)

The EPC Agreement section will summarize the base EPC partner agreement, including expected signers, execution timing, and the internal MAC owner responsible for final approval.

EPC Project Agreement (ECPPA)

The EPC Project Agreement section will summarize project-level execution requirements, including when MAC needs a project-specific agreement and how that document connects to the project milestone path.

Master Sales Agreement (MSA)

The Master Sales Agreement section will summarize the sales-partner commercial relationship, partner obligations, and the expected process for amendments or commercial updates.

Sales Commission Authorization (SCA)

The Sales Commission Authorization section will summarize commission authorization requirements, submission timing, and how partners should resolve commission questions before projects move forward.
