M2 Process

M2 validates install completion, monitoring access, permitting, NEM application, final inspection evidence, and any change-order finalization.

Milestone Timing

Begins When	Installation is complete and the partner can provide post-install photos, monitoring access, and permitting/inspection evidence.
Ends When	MAC approves the post-install package and the project can proceed toward PTO and M3.
Common Delay	Monitoring access, final inspection evidence, or change-order design/BOM materials are incomplete.

Install complete
Partner uploads install-complete photos and commissioned-system evidence.
Monitoring access granted
Partner adds Monitoring@getmacfinance.com to solar and battery monitoring platforms.
Permitting package reviewed
Partner submits permitting, NEM application, and passed inspection evidence.
M2 approval clears PTO path
MAC approves the post-install package and the project moves toward PTO and M3.
