This page will become the main SiteCapture process guide for project setup, project submission, NTP review, and milestone form workflow.
Submitting A Project To MAC
Section titled “Submitting A Project To MAC”Partners will use this section to understand when to create a new project record, how to enter proposal information, and which fields need to be complete before MAC can begin review.
New Pre-NTP Project
Section titled “New Pre-NTP Project”Use this scenario when the customer has not yet reached MAC NTP review. This path should preserve proposal details, customer information, equipment assumptions, and project ownership from the start.
Already-Started Project
Section titled “Already-Started Project”Use this scenario when a project is already engaged or already started before being entered into SiteCapture. This path should help MAC review the current state without losing project history.
NTP Form
Section titled “NTP Form”This section will cover the SiteCapture form or field set partners use to support Notice to Proceed review.
M1 Form
Section titled “M1 Form”This section will cover the SiteCapture form or field set partners use to support M1 review.
M2 Form
Section titled “M2 Form”This section will cover the SiteCapture form or field set partners use to support M2 review.
M3 Form
