We currently have reliance letters for the following equipment only. Equipment with reliance letters qualifies for domestic content adders under IRA provisions.
The following documentation is required when requesting to add new equipment to the AVL.
Complete technical specifications of the module or equipment
Manufacturer warranty documentation
OEM installation guides and handling protocols
Serial numbers organized by project site
Organized by project site, serial number, pallet number, and container number
Country of origin (cell & module) and absence of forced labor for both cell and module manufacture

Between Original Buyer and OEM, intermediate owners, and Developer and Seller
